Shift Leader

We are the cosiest living room of Amsterdam-East, Café Fest located on the Wibauthof. Our industrial chic design offers various opportunities for our guests, mostly students: studying/working at your own desk, lounging on the sofa after attending a lecture, or playing beer pong on one of our wooden tables. A second home, that’s what we want to be for the students and staff of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. A place where development and connection are made possible, for both guests and staff.

We are looking for experienced (or less experienced) shift leaders. As a shift leader, you are jointly responsible for the daily operations. You function as the right-hand person of the manager, think along, lead, and ensure that the quality of the service, among other things, remains high. You make sure your shift runs smoothly!
