Located in the middle of Amstelplein is Café Blooker, the beautiful old-style house nestled among the skyscrapers on Amstelplein. Among business guests, a true staple! We are open from Monday to Friday for lunch, drinks, and dinner and available for hire on weekends for parties and events. We completely renovated Café Blooker in the summer of 2022 and gave it a fresh new look, carefully curated our menu, and strive to pleasantly surprise our guests from early morning until evening with quality, excellent service, and unique combinations worth slipping away from the office for a while.

We are now looking for experienced (or less experienced) shift leaders. As a shift leader, you are jointly responsible for the daily operations. You function as the right hand of the manager, contribute ideas, lead, and ensure that the quality of services amongst others remains high. You ensure that your shift runs smoothly!

• You take responsibility for your shift;

• You make Blooker's guests feel completely at home;

• You lead the team you work with on the floor;

• You maintain an overview of the business;

• You always ensure the quality of service and product;

• You are the point of contact for both your team and the guests;
