For two unique concepts, namely Café Blooker and Café Fest, we are looking for an independently working chef who likes variety in his/her work, wants to work closely with two chefs, and who wants to strengthen our experienced kitchen teams. Café Blooker and Café Fest are two unique concepts, both open from Monday to Friday. They are part of one overarching company and, together with the experienced kitchen teams, you will run the different concepts and think about quality. We are looking for someone with passion, who likes to think about specials and is creative enough to convey the 'wow effect' to our guests.
Job Description
You work closely with two chefs;
You are responsible for the quality and consistency of our products;
You coordinate and manage the work execution in the kitchen;
You observe and recognize where we can potentially improve;
You receive and check the orders;
You are responsible for keeping the work environment clean;
You work cost-consciously, effectively, and efficiently;
You ensure compliance with safety and HACCP regulations.
Who are you?
You have a love and passion for hospitality;
You have proven experience in the kitchen;
You are available full-time or part-time;
You possess a creative mindset that you can combine with efficiency and speed;
You respond to trends in the current market;
You have good communication skills;
