We are looking for an enthusiastic, young, and above all, eager-to-learn assistant cook! At Blooker, you'll mostly work during lunchtime and happy hour. You'll face various challenges daily, where you'll learn together with the entire team how to deal with them. Are you still studying and looking for a hands-on kitchen experience? Would you like to learn in the coming school year what it's like to work in the kitchen and do you have ideas on how things can be done faster, more efficiently, and tastier? Then we are looking for you!  

Job Description 

  • Cutting, washing, and portioning of products; 

  • Preparing simple (parts of) dishes, such as soups, sauces, and desserts;

  • Cleaning up used materials and ingredients; 

  • Preparing dishes according to recipe; 

  • Collaborating with management to ensure quality and efficiency improvements; 

  • Taking responsibility for your own learning curve and development. Everything is possible if initiative and eagerness to learn are demonstrated; 

  • Adhering to hygiene requirements according to HACCP; 

  • Cleaning the work environment.

Who are you? 

  • Work experience is not required; 

  • You are enthusiastic and driven;

  • You have good communication skills; 

  • You have a love for the hospitality industry; 

  • You have a positive attitude; 

  • You are a team player; 

  • You are flexible.
